What does an AI implementation cost?
Simple automations start from €5,000 as a one-time cost. For more complex implementations involving several systems, we prepare a transparent fixed-price quote after the first conversation. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Do we need to provide our own servers or cloud access?
No. Echomotion runs the solution on its own EU infrastructure, or we deploy to your existing infrastructure if you prefer. Both are possible.
What happens after go-live?
You get 30 days of free support after launch. After that, an optional maintenance package from €250/month, or a complete handover to your team, including documentation.
Does this also work with our existing ERP/CRM?
Yes. We integrate with SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and custom systems via REST API or webhook. We check compatibility in the first conversation.
