Senior Performance Marketing Expert (AI & Paid Media) (m/f/d)
As Senior Performance Marketing Expert, you are our pioneer at the intersection of paid media and AI. You own demanding cross-platform campaigns, bring several years of agency or platform experience and use AI to rethink performance marketing – from strategy and optimization to presenting to clients.
Your tasks
- Strategic planning, management and scaling of data-driven paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- Cross-platform campaign optimization based on data, tests and AI-powered insights
- Building AI-powered workflows that make performance marketing faster and better
- Advising and presenting to clients as an equal – including appearances at trade shows and events
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing – at a media agency, a paid media platform provider or a hyperscaler
- Deep understanding of data-driven campaign optimization in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- A customer-centric way of working and excellent German and English skills
- Experience with presentations and trade show appearances is a plus
- Experience working with AI solutions is a plus
